Exit onto the Jackson St./MO-Hwy14 off ramp. Travel West on Hwy 14 to the N. 20th St. stoplight. Turn right (North) onto N. 20th St. Take the first left, into the Ozark Corners Shopping Center. Travel to the NW corner of the shopping center. The CSC is located next door to Orscheln Farm & Home Supply.

For patients traveling East on MO-Hwy 14 (from Nixa):

Upon entering the Ozark City Limits, travel to the second stoplight (N.20th St.) Turn left (North) onto N. 20th St. Take the first left, into the Ozark Corners Shopping Center. Travel to the NW corner of the shopping center. The CSC is located next door to Orscheln Farm & Home Supply.
